Beckman Coulter Cytomics FC5

Single or dual-color fluorescence analysis, DNA content, H2O2 production, immunophenotyping, etc.. Approximately 35 samples can be analyzed/hr. Cost includes hardcopy of 4 histograms/sample with extensive statistical analysis. Files can be downloaded to a floppy (not included) for future analysis. Extended histogram analysis can be conducted at our workstation for no additional fee.

Xenogen IVIS® Imaging System

Non-invasive in vivo detection of emitted photons to track biological activity in real-time at the molecular level. This real-time in vivo imaging utilizes luciferase to visualize markers of interest.

Analysis of cells using two or three lasers (i.e., He-Ne/488nm Argon/UV Argon), Indo-based (ratio) calcium mobilization, sterile sorting of specific subpopulations.
