1. Software Manuals - There are software manuals for Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint located in the ENS Software Manual Library in room 236. These manuals are available for users to borrow. See Pk or Mario to sign out books.
   
   
2. Support is available for Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint from ENS staff.
   
   
3. On-line support is available throught Microsoft's Searchable Knowledgebase and Support Website.
   
   
4. Classes are offered on Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint by:

1. Paid support is available from Microsoft. The fee for 1 incident is $35. Multiple incidents can be purchased on a support plan.
